Paternity leave
Magnus is on paternity leave with his son Gustaf. Magnus and his wife Elin belongs to the 2,6 % Swedish parents who divide parental leave equally. Mothers are in average on maternity leave for 105 days while the fathers are on paternity leave for 33 days.
